Pre-School

In Las Palmas Christian School, we are committed to academic excellence before God and our community by offering an excellent educational program that meets the spiritual, cognitive, and emotional needs of our students.

That is why we have chosen a program that meets these demands and helps us realize the potential of our students through appropriate teaching strategies and responding to the Bible principles that govern us.

In the preschool level, which is comprised of students 2-6 years old, our primary program of study is a Spanish-based, Dominican curriculum with teaching of the English language.

In these grades, your child will have the capacity to develop and thrive in an appropriate way.

The preschool program is designed to:

Help students discover the plan God has for their lives.
Help students learn the importance of family and community.
Help students develop social skills including sharing, communication, treating others with kindness, showing remorse when they are wrong and learning to offer forgiveness.
Help students develop physically through play and exercise.
Introduce English through an ESL program.
Cover the Dominican curriculum for preschool – teaching from a Biblical perspective.
