Las Palmas Christian School is recognized by the Ministry of Education in the Dominican Republic, and is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International – Latin America (ACSI).
The accreditation with ACSI provides parents with the confidence that Las Palmas is a school committed to academic excellence, Bible knowledge and teaching from a Biblical worldview, providing opportunities to develop life skills and practical application of knowledge, character building and Spiritual Formation. Students graduating from accredited Christian schools qualify for admission to most colleges and universities, and credits transfer between schools nationally and internationally.
The school operates as an independent, non-denominational ministry in relationship to admissions, but is Baptist in its doctrinal position and is a ministry born from a vision cast by founders of the Iglesia Bautista Evangélica de Macoris and will always be considered a ministry closely affiliated with IBEM and will seek to maintain a reputation that is honoring to our Lord and to the leaders of IBEM.
